UPDATED GOALS
Except that, after 15 or so years, my doctor decided Thursday that I'd shrunk in height, to an all-time low of 5' 6 3/4" (I beg to differ. I've always been 5' 7 1/2".) My weight (with clothes) was 172, which seems about right for the weight I recorded last time. I haven't been exercising so there's been no change, really. Winter's onset was sudden, with almost no autumn at all, and it's been raining on and off the past week or so, making my desire to go out and walk nearly nil.
Today it's sunny though... I should really go for a walk today.
UPDATED GOALS
I haven't lost any more weight -- because I haven't put in any amount of effort this last month. I haven't been walking, I haven't been overeating but neither have I been concentrating on eating less and watching my sugar intake. That's my goal for this month, to get back on track.
However, I went shopping yesterday and discovered that I have now dropped two jean sizes since I started, from a 16 to a 12. Bought my first pair of 12s and look forward to more in the future. (Actually, I suppose I'm looking forward to a 10. Maybe a 10 Long.)
It's odd to not having to adjust my waistband every time I... move (I was wearing 16s all this time; it's all I had) but I kinda like the feeling of wearing something that fits well!
