Sorry that you're having to be in the middle of all that. My ex controls my son through mind games too and it's a scarey thing to witness. It makes me feel powerless so I can imagine how tired you must feel.

Someone hit my truck, while Alan was doing a job there . And the guy he was working for, got in a wreck, he hit his wife in the rear, they were following each other taking the truck(thiers)home so now one vehicle is most certainly totaled and she has a broken collar bone, his work truck we don't know yet how much damage but I am going to let them use my van for a bit cause he can't work nor Alan. -

abused by husband and his mother (who I tried to win over) for decades told I had M.E. but now believe it's post traumatic stress disorder. He makes my health worse. So ill was housebound unable to walk, speak, or think far too much to discuss here. Broken and can't work.

Already a mmber but was unabe to access site as funds were low. Due to divorce from abusive man also I was close to a breakdown. I have since discovered that he is a psychopath but I hadn't realised it consiously at least.
Treatments
- Divorce Working / Worked
- Yes it's a better place to be in. But I have to wait for housing market to improve and sell the home so he can have his share. Dispite 36 yrs marriage I didn't fight him for better settlement 'cos he'd get really nasty I feared for my life.
- Forgiveness Somewhat Helpful
- I think it's normal to feel angry when you realise you've put up with decades of abuse. But it's healthy to move on now.
- Talking Working / Worked
- having your painful feelings validated, or more honestly having the abuse situation disclosed to friends who believed me helped.
Open Depression
just to connect. Have endured abuse from Psychopathic father, sister, husband and mother-in-law. I will not let them dominate my life any longer.
Open Codependency
I want to understand myself and be brave enough to grow
