Hey guys well today is my 46th day quit...
The problem i have though is soon as i take the stupid patch off... within 2-3 hours i am CRAZY for a smoke! I get real angry and dangerous to be around LOL well maybe not dangerous but...i sure do get crabby!
Also not such a laughing matter, as some of my ds freinds will know i was taking the smallest amount of xanax per night before bed, yes i know it isnt a sleeping tablet but it did settle me, Ok long story short ive been off that for quite some time now and my doctor said i needed something more like tamazepam, its 10mg and i just take one before bed. Now when i started taking these they worked a treat! within 20 mins i was relaxed and ready to sleep ! I loved them, now its been a while and of course the effect isnt working anymore. I dont know what to do next! any ideas?

well in not sure about the tamazepam why doesnt the Doc give you a sleeping pill??? Yesh the anger is the withdrawl so keep the patches on and reduce the strength over time

i dont know deb! im due to pick a new script up so i think im gonna ask about a sleeping pill instead!

Hi Jordanross I am also an insomniac. After 2 years of taking Trazadone ( a mood stabalyzer) My body became tolerant to it, My Dr then prescribed AmbienCR to take with the Trazadone, The only side effect is you must take the Trazadone with food or a glass of milk..
