  no magic formula i know of. every one you has come free of it did it a different way. my dad got a breathing problem from smoking he was told if he kept on smoking he would die. he stop like that cold turkey.

  I found heroin a few weeks ago in this lame town, after living here for almost 2 years. I sort of put myself in active denial about relapsing, but now there really is nothing left to pawn except this laptop, negative bank account! Bills not paid for the month. Dropped out of college 2 weeks ago too. I'm on the up and up these days.
  
  I think I'll send an SOS out to my parents sometime next week. hah, I sound like a snarky prick right now, but I'm in a bit of a negative spot, and i haven't eaten today.. i feel a bit sick. no furniture to lie down on either, haha this is a bit ridiculous, at least I have the internet until they cut it off.

  as a former preschool teacher.."use your words jordan...hands are not for hitting.."..hehe (i couldnt resist) im glad you were able to avoid legal trouble but it does go to show you how hard it is to recover from nicotine addiction! it can be very difficult to learn how to handle everyday occurrence without self medicating. keep at it and you will get better and better! (and youve never SEEEN road rage till youve driven in the US SOUTH!)

  the meds the doctor put me on for sleep worked real well for a few months but don't work that great anymore. i think that when we take a pill for awahile the darn thing stops working i have no idea what you or i can do about it.
