Darn it, should have gotten on that damn treadmill last night.  Set my alarm and just did not get up this morning, yay, I got up to let the dog out at midnight, I should have gotten on it then right?  I got up again at 5:30 to let him out again.  I don't know what my problem is but I've been so tired and feeling like doing nothing!  I guess I stayed up too late last night on the computer.  Does it to me everytime.  Work is slow but going, getting there right?  The camp called, Jimmy cut his knee on the tile getting out of the pool.  She said it bled, but he's ok.  Gram went and picked him up since Jim was sleeping.  If he needed stiches or something, I would have definetly left but he's all good.  Jim just called and going to get him at Gram's house now (Jim's mom - I just love her!).  Thank you GRAM! 

 

Food for Today:

17 Boiled Egg White

190 Strawberry Bagelful

160 Parfait (Yogurt/Fruit/Granola) 

160 Almond Granola Bar

100 - 2 Corn Tortillas

Chicken w/Fat Free Mozz - added a little BBQ sauce for flavor

 

Looks like no drink at the bar with hubby.  So maybe a drink later tonight if we get a chance to sit down and relax.  Hoping to get on that treadmill tonight at home, even if it's for 30 min.  Need to get in a good sweat!

    I did the exact same thing this morning. I was going to get up and go down for a swim but I slept right on through it. I know how insanely HARD it is to stay strong that early in the morning. Fighting your way out of deep sleep is the worst. omg. Can you get a quick run in later? Or maybe a gym workout (total conditioning class?) Make the workout happen tonight Kathy! And I will bust one out too. I love you!

    p.s. I was thinking that maybe your body is extra tired because it is still adjusting to getting into a normal exercise routine again? Time will tell, but I hope you can get some sleep!

    Food looks awesome Kathy! Why is it so hard to get up early and exercise??? I haven't been able to do that forever! You are so lucky to have a great MIL! Hope Jimmy is feeling better! :)

    It is so nice to have a support system in Gram! Don't get upset with yourself on the exercise. Maybe your body is tired and needs a little rest for a couple of days? You exercise and work and clean up the house and are always so busy! Take a deep breath and regroup! You can do it!
