Life is good.
Last night I did have 2 boiled egg whites w/little chicken salad, think my cals were low so wanted to make sure they were close.
Today has been another good day, thankfully!
Food for today before I forget:
mandrin oranges w/blueberries and strawberry shredded wheat
fiber one bar
salad w/tomatoes, zuchinni, green peppers, avocado and light ranch
cheese stick
banana
Not sure what's for dinner but either way something healthy like salmon or turkey burgers!

I'm glad you are keeping your calories in check! Good job. Too low is no good either. That's one thing they always drive into the heads of "The BIggest Loser" participants.
Your food looks yummy and like it brings lots of satisfaction - lots of crunch and chewing which is good.
How's the exercise? Do you have a certain weigh in day?

Great job! You are going to get to your goals in no time! Glad to see you are finally getting some restful sleep as well. Stress is so bad and lack of sleep is so bad. And I really think for me, that it is really hindering my weight loss agenda. I am so glad you are doing great!
OMG, and I can't believe Deisel is 84 lbs already. But that is great with Jim working shift work that at least you can feel safe with you and your son when he is not home.
