Quick Update Mood

Just a quick update to enter food log but will catch up with everyone very soon.

 

Day 1 - July 1st

Pear, String Cheese, Fiber One Bar, Peppers, Carrots, almonds, cucumbers, light ranch, 1/2 wheat bagel, 1tbspn nat'l peanut butter, 1c 2%, turkey mignon, broccoli, salad w/tomatoes and side ranch and another cup of 2% = Approx 1400 cals.  Exercise: Bicep w/squats, tricep kickbacks, dips, sit ups, push ups, shoulder, chest press/fly, tricep over head, squats 1 1/2 mile run and 1/2 mile walk.  Water 5 bottles of 16.9 water

 

Day 2 - July 2nd

1/2 wheat bagel w/provolone, honey ham, almond granola bar, 6 strawberries, bell peppers, carrots, sugar snap peas, light ranch, banana and pear so far.  23 oz green tea (diet) and working on bottle 2 of water.  So far approx. 862 cals so will update with dinner, etc. later on tonight hopefully.

 

I'm off tomorrow for my paid holiday so Jimmy and I are going to friend's parent's house for carnival, fireworks, bbq, etc. and won't be back till Sunday.  Jim has to work afternoons so he won't be joining us - booo!  He will be fine though, have lots of garage time!

 

Feeling good and ready for a nice weekend, maybe I can go for a run out there.  I will have to checkwith Pat, Karen's husband and see what he thinks.  He did the biking at the Duathlon.

 

We placed 13 out of 33 double teams, 8 out of 20 in co-ed teams, the rest were single individuals that did both biking and running and didn't have a partner.  It was a great experience and look forward to it next year.  I think I might sign up for a 5k in November.

    Your food is looking fantastic Kathy! Have a fun 3rd and 4th of July! I am sooooo jealous- I want a paid holiday! Or any holiday lol. Keep on rocking it and don't give in to the crappy 4th food! You can do this! Stay strong!
