Yep, it's Wednesday and I think LISA knows me better than I do. Good observation LISA! No, I am not upset, thanks for asking because your right, I seem to do that and this time I did not let it happen cuz I ate bad. I really did not eat bad but if I have things other than what I think is healthy it gets to me and I do get off track.
Yesterday was a good day other than work being slow of course. Went straight home since it wasn't time to get Jimmy from school yet. I was starvin so I had a few wheat thins and some salami. Jim and I went and picked up Jimmy and then headed to Grandma's house to pick her up to go and see our niece do a cheerleading thing at a basketball game. It was cute, maybe only 2-3 min long though but it was the thought to cheer her on. So after her cheer we left and we went to Chili's and had chicken and steak fajitas and of course chips n salsa. Probably had too many chips but ....... and then went home and had 1 brownie and 1 cookie. I did not work out Sunday or Monday and after eating pork roast on Monday and then Chili's yesterday I was yes, feeling a little blah, if you know what I mean but you know what ~ I got up this morning at 5:15 even though I did not want to get up but planned on getting up to get my butt on that treadmill (that is my b.day - May 15th). It kinda gives me a boost when I see the clock as my date, kinda funny huh? Did 2 miles, 30 min and burned 209 cals. Sticking to the 15 min mile to help lean my big thighs. Take my time so I don't injure anything also - Self Magazine suggestion

Going to the gym tonight also by the way. I already told hubby that he's taking Jimmy to karate tomorrow so I can do a Total Conditioning class at 5:30pm. I plan on going Thursday with hubby. Friday is another Total Conditioning class at 5:45pm. They also have one Saturday morning that I'm gonna try at 9:30am since hubby is working. Want to get under 140 and maintain thru the holidays and exercising is the best to burn these extra cals needed to do that. Have over a week till Thanksgiving so need to get after it.

Snack - Yogurt 130
Lunch - Sandwich (Turkey 60/Provolone 70 on Wheat Roll 140 w/Avocado and Parm Dill Spread 100?) = 640
Have 804 towards Dinner

Did I miss an entry? I think I did. Anyway, I am not sure what happened but I am glad to see that you're back on track now. I had a day like that Sunday...and it started so well with my weigh-in...but then I had company all day (well, "the boyfriends" were over and I had to keep my eye on things there) and then that night I let my husband influence my choices...always a bad idea! Anyway, sounds like your head is in the right place and really that's wat counts when we fall off the track...the "get right back on it" attitude. Good going!

Yay Kathy! I am so glad you aren't offended :) I think you did great getting up and exercising this morning. Whatever motivates you is a good thing, you will be a skinny maintaining minnie by your birthday, how exciting to think about that!:D You are doing well with planning out your exercise and prioritizing it. Thats brilliant Kathy, you know, we can't be 100% healthy all the time, i like you hate it if i cant always be focused, but i suppose thats something we have to manage and build on. You did a great job today - very proud :0)

You did have a great day. I also got up this morning to exercise, but then I ate a chicken sandwich for dinner with a chocolate chip cookie and coffee for dessert. I got home and made my husband pizza, so I had a slice from his pizza. Then I made sugar cookies b/c I was so happy that my class was over tonight! I ate 2 sugar cookies (small size). I did really good this morning though. This always happens when I try to watch what I eat. I eat great during the day and then at night I mess up. I am going to try better tomorrow. Have a great day!

Great job getting up super early!! I think we all get a little off track now and then...so long as we get right back to our exercise I think we are ok! I don't think it is practical to think that you will only eat 100% healthy all the time and that you won't ever go over your calories! You will be at your goal weight in no time! Love you!
