It's almost 9:30 and I still have to vaccum, Jimmy is asleep and I wanted to jump on here incase I didn't get a chance tomorrow at work.  Yep one more work day and then headed to Disney - Yipeeee....  Yes, I already have our bags packed.  1 Big suit case and 1 Med suit case.  United charges $15 for the 1st suit case and $25 for the 2nd suit case - one way ($80 round trip just for our luggage).  One is about 35# and the other is almost 45#, anything over 50# is overweight and they charge more - Phew!

Our old renter Thom is staying here and checking on the dogs for us so have to make sure everything is picked up and clean ya know....  in case he has company, he has a friend "girl" since splitting up with his wife.....  Yes, she still rents from us but he says he's not going back even though now she is basically begging him to come back, not so much greener on the other side I guess she found out. 

Anyways, started out good today and then downhill again.  The shop guy got let go today after 22 yrs with our company.  They originally cut his hours to 32 so he could keep his insurance since his wife doesn't work and he has 3 kids.  Jay is the one who got into that motorcycle accident and was in the comma for 3 weeks.  Well, they let him go cuz we just are not getting any work.  So I am the last employee besides the bosses on the payroll.  Jay just turned 40 and this place was his only job and he's nervous ya know, I would be also.  He started here when 17 or 18 yrs old.  Feel really bad for him.  He is a great guy and the owners gave him a few names and numbers to call to get him work elsewhere.  They just couldn't afford him with paying his insurance and all.  Me, they cut my hours and they were able to get rid of my ins since we can get on Jim's.  They paid 1400 a month for Jimmy and I plus 110 for dental.  Jay's insurance was over 2400 a month for him and his family plus more for dental.  They don't want to do my job so they kept me, how nice plus they can handle the shop deliveries, etc. I guess.  My payroll doesn't put a dent in their pocket book really so they'd rather keep me so they don't have to do all the paperwork.  I keep that place in order.  We will see how long that lasts right.  Got my resumes out and hoping for a bite after I get back from vacation.  Maybe I will have a list to chose from when I get back.  Sooooo ready and 1 more work day left.  We are leaving to catch the bus to the airport at 4:30 am on Thursday morning.  We will be in FL at 11:30am :) - Will be thinking of ya all!!!

If I don't get a chance to get on at work, I will be back on the 23rd so will catch up then.  Will miss all of ya and good luck!  Have a great weekend and week!  Big Huge Hugs!!!
