So went for a walk with boss after work, walked over 3 miles since we got around the bike trail and it was flooded so we had to turn back around and go the opposite direction and we were already more than half way done - that's ok, I didn't mind at all (1 hr walk burned 270 calories).
Picked Jimmy up from after care at school and headed home. Jim had a friend over so I made dinner, did laundry, picked up a bit and wrapped niece's b.day gift. Dinner was pork tenderloin on the grill, boiled broccoli w/spray butter and grated parmesan and cottage cheese. Pretty healthy and by bed time Jim and I were still pretty hungry. Had some more alone time
. We were supposed to go to the Championship Thunderbolts Game that our neighbor invited us too last nightbut Jimmy had a headache after school and fell asleep after we got home till about 7:15 at night so we had to call and cancel (just extra tickets they had). I hate when he gets headaches, I think cuz he's so worn out and just needs rest. He got up and felt much better. We all are just ready for the weekend, looking forward to sleeping in on Saturday.
I'm feeling pretty good except the scale said 145 - what? I think that 1200 calories is low for me and not enough. I've been exercising everyday and eating 1200 cal but I know some days are slightly in the 1100 cal range so I need to bump that up especially if I'm exercising everyday. I feel great though and not worried about that scale but worried about damaging my body if I don't eat enough good calories. So I think I will bump up my cals to 1400. Wish me luck!
Today is Friday - Yipee...... Have my 1st baseline mamogram after work (4:30) , fun fun right? Not sure what to expect, some say it hurts when they smooosh your boobs - I don't have much so hopefully no biggie
. Then just get home, hang out with the boys and get rested for our busy weekend. Will try to get on DS but if not this is what I have planned.
Saturday - Niece's 7th B.Day Party at 4pm - Plan on making good eating choices only!!!!
Sunday - Fishing w/friends and their 2 girls around 10am till 5 or 6ish - Fun Fun!!!

I think you are doing great Kathy!! I think your calories are pretty low especially when you are doing such amazing workouts like the boot camp! My kids have been pretty run down too with school starting and the weather changing...its a big adjustment! I hope you have a great weekend and get lots more good alone time!! ;)

Great job on the exercise, but I think that maybe you are low on calories. You are working so hard your body is probably hitting starvation mode. Great job on the workouts though and keeping it all balanced!

Yep, I was thinking 1200 was low with all that running and cardio you do, GOOD plan to bump it up to 1400! I am so impressed with your 7 Days in a row blitz to Disney! I have not had a mammo yet and am suppose to. I keep cancelling, and weenieing out. Maybe you will inspire me!! Keep up the great work, you are really on a roll!!!! Love and hugs!!

Awesome job! I agree, I think bumping up to 1400 is smart with all the working out your doing, I think that's going t make a big difference. Sounds like a fun weekend ahead! Great job on staying focused and dedicated! Thanks for all your supported as well! You are a great motivator for me!

Great job with your exercise! You are rocking it! And yes Kathy, 1200 is absolutely WAY too low. I thought your range was like 1400 otherwise I would have said something about that sooner. 1200 is not even close to enough calories to feed your body what it needs to lose weight (sounds backwards but its true) I love you! Yay for Disney in 26 days! hugs!

Great job with the excercise...I totally agree about bumping up your calories. I think you will notice a major difference one you do that. I hope you had a terrific weekend :)
