DAY 4 AND GOING STRONG.

Last night I had to go to Kohl's to get some stuff for Jimmy, school pics on Wednesday.  I got him pants, shirt, shoes, socks and belt and also a costume but will return that (too small).  It was about $95 but I had a 30% coupon and a $30 gift card so all in all cost me about $35 - Now that's a great deal!!! Smile.

 

We stopped at Jim's mom's to visit and she is doing pretty well.  Just doing a lot of paperwork to get finances in order. - Of course Jim's sister still hasn't helped her with those additional thank you's - damn her.  She hasn't been to her house since the day before the wake even to visit - sometimes calling doesn't always count ya know especially under these circumstances.  Yell  Just makes me mad.

 

Got home and Jimmy and I did some exercises with the exercise ball, I had the 8# weights and he had the 5#.

I basically did the following:

30 push ups

30 sit ups w/exercise ball

30 twists w/exercise ball

30 dips

30 lunges on each leg

30 squats

30 biceps

30 triceps

30 chest on exercise ball

30 fly on exercise ball

 

We were in bed around 9:30 - late for us.

 

We are going to Gym tonight since Jim has 1 more midnight.  Then he will be off for 7 days - Yipee.

 

We have a crazy weekend coming up.  Wednesday he has pics at school and karate that evening, Thurs I have virtus training at Jimmy's school in order to volunteer around the kids (catholic rules), Friday I have my 1st mamogram test, Sat we have niece's 7th b.day party and Sunday we are suppose to see friends an hour & 1/2 away.  Busy busy but plan on getting in my exercise one way or another.  I have been sticking to my 1200 cals and doing some form of exercise whether at the gym - cardio or weights/exercises at home.

 

Friday is Jim's sister's 16th wedding anniversary and our 8th wedding anniversary is on Monday.  We may go to Outback for dinner but plan on having salmon and veggies only Kiss.  When I met Jim in April '92, his sister married that same year in Sept.  Cool!  Went to our 1st wedding together.

 

Scale said 143.6 this morning so I'm feeling great and seeing changes already.  I started at 148 so down about 4 1/2. - I can get under 140, I really can!

    Wow, you are really working the plan. It's great that your husband supports you so much. Teamwork always helps.

    We are having beautiful weather in Florida and it will be even nicer in October. We are heading to Disney during Christmas. We stay at the All-Star Disney hotels and then head to my folks in Orlando.Disney is always a blast.

    Wow! Busy girl! You are doing awesome keeping everything straight and working everything in your Disney challenge! I love it! How exciting that it is your anniversary on Monday!! The Outback salmon is awesome, great choice! Keep up your hard work, it sounds like it's paying off. You're focus and dedication is really inspiring!

    Kohls is the coolest for discounts. I am always surprised at the prices of things. Too bad about Jims sister not helping but maybe she is dealing with her grief in a strange isolated way. Disney is coming up fast....I know you can hit your goal weight too, even with that crazy schedule you keep. Have a great day Kathy! ((HUG))

    I am so proud of you!!! You are rocking those workouts!! The ball stuff is way hard, huh?! I just started on the ball with butt and ab work and I love it!
