After work I went and picked up Jimmy from Extended Day (After school day care). Got home and jumped right on the treadmill for 2 miles. Made a quick dinner and to Karate we went. While Jimmy was at Karate, Jim and I took a stroll around the neighborhood. So yesterday I burned 277 cal between running and a little walk, but that's ok with me.
I'm at work right now, slow, slow, slow..... Just no work and it's driving me crazy to sit here for 8 hrs and doing nothing. Thank God for DS.
Supposed to meet my friend tonight at Applebee's (Jimmy & I). I will pull up the menu and chose something on their light menu (about 500-600 cals)
Today I had oatmeal (160) and 1 c 2% milk (130). For lunch I brought a half sandwich w/ham and swiss (275 cals +-), cucumbers and tomatoes (50 cals). For snack I have jell-o (5 cals) and a Fit and Active Protein Bar (200 cals).
TGIF TOMORROW! I'M READY.

GETTING OUT AT 2:30 - NICE!!! SO SINCE JIMMY WILL STILL BE IN SCHOOL NEED TO GET MY FRIEND MARGIE A G.C. FOR HER B.DAY - WAS IN APRIL AND NOW GETTING TOGETHER, SHE IS A BUSY WOMAN. SHE USUALLY GETS JIMMY A GIFT AND ME ALSO (APRIL/MAY B.DAYS) HER B.DAY IS 1 DAY BEFORE JIMMY'S.
I GOT HER AN IRISH CANDLE JAR AND A SOX GIRL'S T-SHIRT. SHE LIKES KOHL'S SO I WILL GET HER A G.C. OR GO TO WALGREENS AND GET A REDLOBSTER G.C. - OUR FAVORITE PLACE.
I FOUND A FEW ITEMS UNDER 500 CALS FOR OUR DINNER TONIGHT AND THAT'S PERFECT!!!
FRIDAY - I HAVE TO GET OUR DVD EXCHANGED IN OUR DENALI (CIRCUIT CITY) AFTER WORK AND HEAD TO GYM IF EARLY ENOUGH SINCE OUT THAT WAY.
SATURDAY - I HAVE TO GET MY OIL CHANGED AND GYM
SUNDAY - I HAVE MY 5K AT 8:30 AM / THEN CLEAN AND GROCERY SHOP.
MONDAY - LABOR DAY GET TOGETHER AT MY HOUSE (6 ADULTS AND 4 CHILDREN) - NOT BAD!

Have fun at Applebee's! They have great items for not too many cals! And I have tried some of them and they actually taste pretty darn good! yum! I am totally rooting you on during Sunday's race from my computer!! You are going to do SOOOO well and I really wish I could be there to take lots of photos and jump up and down screaming "GO KATHY!!! WOOHOOOO!!" hehe ;) You are going to do great! hugs!

Wow, you are a busy lady(outside of work-ha!) man I feel your pain having to sit for 8 hours with nothin to do, OMG I would go nuts!!! Hooray for the 5K arriving this weekend at last!! I will be cheering you on and can't wait to hear more about it!!! Hope Friday flies by for you!
