Well since my miscarriage I have been feeling a bit better since my daughter gives me the strength to move on.I thought …
Hump Day, that is right!
Did not do well eating last night, darn it.
Did not get up this morning at 4am like I planned, even set the alarm clock - it's so much easier when hubby is getting up with me but he's working midnights. He just finished up this morning so he's off till Monday night.
Had my 260 cal Jimmy Dean's Breakfast Sandwich this morning and 9oz water.
Today is going to be a better day!
Going walking after work with boss (3.17 miles), if things go well I may just do another trip around to get my day 1 of 5k in this week since I've been putting it off.
But have the rest of the week and with hubby off, I'm gonna make the time for myself to stay on track so I can feel my best and look my best for the wedding.
Debating on just doing my hair myself and not at the salon, would cost me over 50 bucks probably. I'm just gonna experiment this weekend. I could use that extra money to give to the bride and groom to cover the plate.
So at work and of course, dead!
Not much going on. Jimmy has Karate tonight and Jim is getting his car ready for a cruise night tomorrow night.
Thanks for everyone's encouraging words - I'm sticking with ya and staying on track. I have 10 days till the wedding reception, I have 40 days till the 5k run and we have 86 days till we leave for Disney. Have a lot to look forward to so if I want to feel and look my best I'd better kick butt while I still have time.
I try to remind myself that others would die to be where I am at so I'd better take advantage of being at this point and only making myself better. I'd like to be at a happy weight for myself and work from there, but what is my happy weight? How much do I want to do for the rest of my life and how much do I want to give up to stay where I'm at? These are questions that I have been asking myself. I know I can never quit the eating healthy and exercising but how much time should I allow?
Guess this is for me to figure out and that's what I'm gonna do so I can live my life and be healthy and happy also.

Cheers to a better day today! You have really pretty hair I bet you could do a gorgeous up-do yourself! Weddings are so expensive. I bought a book of simple do-it-yourself hairdos once and have used it a hundred billion times. Maybe you should check into that. I'm proud of you sticking to it and YES you are where so many of us wish to be. But it took work to get where you are too and I hope you feel really proud of yourself and push on everyday! 40 days to go!! WHOO-HOO!!

I think having goals and a timeline is really helpful...dates to push for! I am hopefully going to be signing up for a 5k too...just haven't had the guts yet! I think you are doing great!! Keep it up!

I think you have a great attitude! Great job on getting back on track, it can be so hard after being on vacation. I know whatever you decide to do for the wedding, you are going to look amazing. Have a great workout tonight!
