SO IT'S FRIDAY! YIPEE............
WENT ON THE BIKE TRAIL YESTERDAY SO THAT WAS GOOD. GOT HOME AND DID SOME LUNGES AND BICEPS INBETWEEN PLAYING CARDS WITH JIMMY (SPEED GAME). HE LOVES CARDS.
FOR DINNER I HAD A SALAD SO WAS UNDER MY 1400 CALORIES.
THIS MORNING I HAD A PC OF HONEY WHEAT BREAD, 2 PCS CANADIAN BACON AND 1 SLICE OF REDUCED PROVOLONE - STACKED AND PUT IN TOASTER AND WAHLA
, BREAKFAST WAS SERVED WITH A LITTLE SPRAY BUTTER - YUMMY
SO, SUPPOSED TO GO BACK ON THE BIKE TRAIL AFTER WORK AS LONG AS IT DOESN'T RAIN. TOMORROW JIMMY AND I ARE PLANNING ON GOING TO THE GYM AND ALSO MAYBE SWIMMING AT THE GYM POOL AS LONG AS THE WEATHER HOLDS OUT. - PLEASE SUN SHINE ONLY, NO RAIN!
JIM HAS TO WORK SUNDAY NOW SO THAT IS 7 DAYS STRAIGHT, 12 HR DAYS. LAST NIGHT HE WAS IN BED AT 8, I WAS IN BED ABOUT 9 BUT THAT'S 84 HOURS IN ONE WEEK - HE IS SOOOO TIRED. THERE ARE 4 IN HIS GROUP AND SOME ARE ON VACATION, WTH! HE DOES HAVE OFF MONDAY-WEDNESDAY THOUGH AND GOES BACK ON THURSDAY. FEEL BAD SO NOW NO COMPANY THIS WEEKEND WHICH IS OK, I WILL HAVE THE WEEKEND TO DO THINGS WITH JIMMY AND MAYBE HEAD TO THE MALL TO EXCHANGE SOME SANDALS AND JUST PUTT AROUND WITH NO RUSHING

HOPE EVERYONE IS DOING GREAT AND HAS A WONDERFUL RELAXING WEEKEND. OH, LAST WEEK I WAS AT 140 AND THIS MORNING AT 139.2 SO BASICALLY ANOTHER 1 LB GONE AND UNDER 140
- YAY!

P.S. MOVED MY CURSER FOR 5K SINCE SAT. I WILL FINISH UP WEEK 4 AND THEN MONDAY I WILL START WEEK 5, MAYBE SUNDAY I CAN START IF JIMMY AND I HEAD TO THE GYM SINCE JIM IS WORKING. IT'S GETTING CLOSE, ALMOST 1/2 WAY THERE AND HALF WAY TO 130.

What a fantastic weight in!!! You are now officially under 140...that must feel great :) Your workouts look great as usual, and your breakfast sounds delicious...I may have to try that one!! Have a great weekend!

Yay for being under 140. That's amazing. I love making breakfast sandwiches in the toaster - I use a cinnamon raisin 100 cal bagel, canadian bacon, and a slice of american cheese all the time. Yum. Yours sounds really good. I'll have to try provolone now ;0!
