I'VE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH MY WEIGHT MY WHOLE LIFE, ALWAYS THINKING WHAT MY NEXT MEAL WILL BE. LEARNING TO HAVE CONTROL OF MYSELF. I EAT WHEN I'M BORED, LONELY AND UPSET, ALWAYS A THING ON MY MIND, DON'T LIKE MYSELF AND HAVE REALLY NEVER BEEN HAPPY WITH MYSELF, LOVE MY FAMILY BUT NO ONE REALLY KNOWS THAT I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH EATING, EATING AND EATING. MY HUSBAND AND I ALWAYS TALK ABOUT HOW WE ENJOY FOOD BUT ITS SOMETHING THAT IS ON MY MIND MORE THAN ANYTHING.
I STARTED TRYING DIFFERENT EXERCISE WORKOUTS AND FINDING WHAT MY BODY ADAPTS TO BETTER IN LOSING INCHES. CIRCUIT TRAINING IS WORKING FOR ME ALONG WITH EATING ONLY HEALTHY FOODS.
CIRCUIT TRAINING AND RUNNING/JOGGING IS WORKING FOR ME AND OF COURSE EATING ONLY HEALTHY FOODS. AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES A WEEK I MAKE IT TO THE GYM.
I have a 6 yr old Son, that knows it all :)
My mom decided to diss-own me???? She left me as a child (age 2), divorced my dad and left me behind with him. I finall met her when I was about 20 and here she goes and leaves me again at age 35, what's wrong with her?
I hear a lot about this and I don't want my marriage to ever end. I try my best to make myself a better person so I make our marriage fun. When I'm not taking care of myself, I'm not a happy person to be with.
JUST VERY OVERWHELMED AT TIME WITH EVERYDAY LIFE.
Very healthy and love when we have "us" time, never enough.
I CAN SAY THAT I AM HAPPILY MARRIED AND HAVE A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY HUSBAND.
I try to make healthy choices for me and my family but sometimes it's hard - especially having the same thing over and over again.
