well i'm feeling much better  even tho i found out i was codependent ...lol....at lease now that o know this i can get help so that is somethign to be happy about ,,,i'm starting this course it's call *woman on the move* and its to help woman that once was abused so get some selfasteem and to reach your goalds,,,i can't wait ,,,i start monday ......i been doing some meetings and i know that's why i feel so much better .....my kids will be watch for the first time by someone new and for more then 1 hour so we will see what happens there!i have decided to make a list everyday of 5 things i am greatful for and 2 things that are good about myself and it's working so good for me ...you should try it!!keeps me staying possitive and feeling good about me and my life,,,,life isn't easyer being sober but now i can cope with things as they come up and life is a hell better now see you all take care xoxox nancy
