  Hi Stephanie, it was very good to hear from you, today is October 15th and I am responding to the September 28th message you sent to me, I was looking at my account and found this encouraging message. I hope you have a blessed day all day and your health is getting better today, that would be great. I went to Wally World and I needed to. I have lots of plans to do emails and such although I need to mop and spray for roaches since its a problem, I finally got the mop stuff which I wanted that from my pastor and such which was important to me. That's all I wanted to say, but this is much lower than 1200mg of sodium for this soup.

  Hi Stephanie. Well, 3 out of 5 have had the flu in my household. Everyone now on the mend. Hope the Fall colors are appearing now.
