Oh, I thought I was so smart, I have a month to loose 50lbs. 6mo. ago I said that and I was going to do it, Remember? Now I am going to get it from the Dr. I just pigged out.

I stuck to it here and there but I didn't loose or gain...

I laugh but I am,looking at diabetes, oops. I am doing great though I am happy, my chiropracter says I am doig wonderful, I am almost done there (it's a great program),things are wonderful at home the dogs R great the husband is great and so are the girls ( imiss them though).

I am very happy with my studies w/ my dad about the bible (learning a lot) AND I am planning on returning to college in the spring.

Well, now that I am finished talking about me wish me luck so I won't get in trouble with Dr. Have fantastic dreams , a wonderful day and let the sun brighten your day :)

Heck I don't even know if anyone reads this but in case ther is.

I started to see a chiropractoir 2 weeks ago and he is wonderful. I feel so good it's amazing. I can actually bend and turn and streach, twist...

I have been dealing with anger better, I think because I feel better.

I spend more time in my bible studies and with pray and I am more happy. And I have much more fun casing my dogs around, taking them for wals and just relaxing with them. The wieght is still not coming off but I am sure now that it will.

Well, I was so excited, I lost 3lbs and a day later I found it. LOL  I am hoping to figure this out soon.

My parents and my immediate family are going to go on a color tour this weekend. Hoping to have a fun day Saterday is suppose to be wonderful, sunshine and cool 60*. Mom is packing a lunch for all of us and we will spend all day there.

well, that's it as of now.
