Hey! Thanks for the reply. Crud. I was hoping that Dr. Casione was the one that gave you a rx for LDN. I was hoping that I could ask his associate to do so- probably not but I'll ask anyway. Which Dr. prescribed LDN for you and why aren't you on it now? I do hope that my symptoms will subside with the suppliments that I am on- they have about 90% but I still have some numbness in my feet and weird vibration feelings in my body intermittantly. (I know that it could be so much worse!) I'm so glad that you are not severe, aren't men notoriously more effected? That is great. I have heard that getting a rx for LDN is difficult. It seems like a drug that has promise and has very few side effects. I hope and pray to not have a severe case of ms but am willing to do almost anything to ensure that reality. (I miss wheat and dairy!:)) Thank you for your wisdom.

Okay, here are some more. Is Dr. Mark on board with all your alternative methods? Did you come up with the research on them or did he help? CoQ10- how much? Tumeric- same. How long have you been dxd and type? Sensory/motor or both involvement? When was your last exaserbation? All these questions!!! I'll stop. Thank you.

Okay, I just read your reply to the person not on meds. You speak of your MS specialist (Dr.Casione?)not rxing needles. Please share if you wouldn't mind. I am looking into many alternative therapies and have alread placed myself on a wheat/dairy free diet with suppliments. Sorry for all the questions.
