It has been in my family since ("the horrid winter of 1856") I have been married 26 years and I have a 25 year old son and a brand new daughter in law. I have battled depression my entire life. It is difficult keeping the mind and body in balance.

- progress is very slow but the insight gained is worth the time spent

- This helps me understand my inner thoughts

- I believe this helps. I just hope I can keep with it.

I've always had an anxiety problem. It wasn't until I began having panic attacks and sought medical attention that I discovered it was a recognized illness.

- I'm working on this. I find it hard to focus, but when it works this is very effective.

- my best buddy for anxiety... I take it daily and are truly addicted, when I try to stop I have seizures. I have taken this for years without it losing effectiveness

I have had digestive disorders all my life. Even as a small child I would always be the one with a stomach ache.

Open Dizziness & Vertigo
I suffered dizziness for four months last year. No exact cause was found after a bizillion tests and specialists. The dizziness returned this year and I am now into month four again. More tests and specialists but still no solid answers.

- Antivert Not Working
- Made me dizzier than the dizziness.
- Vestibular Exercises Working / Worked
- Used these last year but I don't know if this helped the dizziness to go away or if it was something else.
