Thank you for the encouragement. This is the 4th night since we all have been home and it already seems better. I know we have a long way to go before they are sleeping through the night.

Type: Ovarian IssuesI was diagnosed with PCOS in 1997. My husband, Andy, and I were married in November and began trying immediately. I saw my OBGYN in February and he ran bloodwork. My progesterine level was 0.6. After 3 rounds of Clomid that were unsuccessful, I now have an appt. with a fertility specialist.... UPDATE!! I delivered my twins on April 15th!
Treatments
- Clomid Working / Worked
- I had one egg last month and am now pregnant
- Artificial Insemination Working / Worked
- Had my first IUI on Aug. 28th and am now pregnant
- Clomid Working / Worked
- I had one egg last month and am now pregnant
- hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) Working / Worked
- 1st shot of Ovidrel on Aug. 26th.
- Metformin Working / Worked
- I ovulated without any other medications.
Close Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Diagnosed in 1997 and now trying to conceive. UPDATE!!! I had my twins April 15th!!!
Treatments
- Clomid Not Working
- Three rounds and no increase in hormone levels
- Oral Contraceptives Somewhat Helpful
- Had to stop taking them because they caused high blood pressure.
Open Pregnancy After Loss/Infertility
DH and I have been seeing an RE and after 6 months on Clomid, a few months on Metformin, and 1 IUI, we are pregnant! UPDATE!!! My twins arrived April 15th!!
Open Twins, Triplets & More
After trying for a year, my husband and I are expecting twins. I am due between May 21st and 23rd (they can't make up their minds), but we expect their arrival between the end of April and beginning of May! UPDATE!!! Out twins arrived April 15th!!
Open Parenting Newborns & Infants (0-1)
I gave birth to twins on April 15th. They were born at a little over 34 weeks and are doing great!

- I just started pumping since they are in the NICU.
Open Huntington's Disease
My aunt was diagnosed with Huntington's. They believe an allele mutated from my grandfather to her. They think it mutates when going from father to daughter. My father has that allele and they have determined it is unstable. I was tested and inherited that allele from my father. My sister was tested, but chose not to get her results. My brothers have not been tested. I am here for support and to learn more.
