For those who still read this crap I write, lol, my son, Brett finally got the Parole Office to send him south again. And he told me that when he left that he is nowhere near in a position to be a good father to his son; he will be better off with me (especially since he told his daddy that he didn't WANT to go live with him---Nana has too many neat things for him to do, ya know, football, basketball, school and plenty of others to play with) and that maybe in a year or so, after his parole is over, he will take him for the weekends and maybe during the summer.
So I am going to file for custody and thewn let the courts decide when Brett is "ready" to be a daddy full-time.
Now on to the other things. I have been noticeably absent for the most part for a few weeks. I have been dealing with Brett since December 30th (the day before my daughter would have been 33, had she lived....Creator planned, maybe???) and life has been upside down for me. I am sorry if anyone was concerned, I meant to upset no one.
But I am back, in a slightly less visible capacity to be sure, and if anyone wishes to chit-chat, tell me a joke or just needs an ear to bend, I am here and I would love to hear from others again.
