I went to the gym early today. I was cramping (TMI...right?) and thought that maybe exersis would help out with that...and amazingly it worked...well with the midol I took...lol. I felt gross because I'm not used to having my period and I think it was a big thing going out when I'm on my period finally. What I did in high school was tell the gym teacher that I was dizzy or I was cramping...that worked most of the time. But I'm doing this now for myself. This gym thing is important to me. It makes me feel better and I have more energy...even though it also makes me tired
Anyway I was on the stationary bike for about 50 mins...I say about because I stop midway to go to the bathroom...then got back on and started pedalling again. I could really feel the muscles in my thighs straining...I guess its a good thing....I don't know what I'm doing right or wrong...so I am unsure if some of the things I'm feeling are ok...like my knees and ankles were really bothering me this morning. They were stiff...I guess that's what I get for being a couch potato for over 6 years. I could try some of the stuff they advertise on tv about joints.. When I was on the bike one of the personal trainers there stopped and told me that she was proud of me coming so often. It was nice to get a complement for her. Made me feel good...lol.
After the bike I did some strength training. I am able to use heavier weight then when I first started...which is awesome.
I know I've said this before but I am so glad I have this gym membership. It gets me out of the house and gets me active. I may not be losing weight but my mood has defenetly(sp?) improved.
I hope everyone has a nice warm day where ever you are...it's nice outside today...but I still see people running around in super heavy coats like it's freezing out there...but it's like 50F...which is pretty warm...to me anyway

So glad the exercise makes you feel better! Remember not to overdue it-you don't want to hurt yourself. That is wonderful that the personal trainer gave you that compliment:0)
