I got some sleep...but headed back for a while.... might be around later... love You all!
I went to the gym today....I really didn't want to go because I'm still feeling gross. I spent 40 mins on the stationary bike and then I did some strength training. I'm pushing myself with the strength training. I try to go with the heaviest weight I can... I feel my thighs tighting...and it's easier for me to climb the stairs to our apartment....My legs don't feel strained as much going up the steps...but I'm still out of breath when I climb them. I didn't know what to do about that.
