I finished clean up the apartment.  I now have two big black trash bags full of trash.  I hope it doesn't get that bad again.

I'm still hearing voices.  I tried listening to music loudly through headphones but that seemed to make them louder.  I also heard a female voice but I couldn't make out what she was saying.

I'm not happy with how I was treated last week when I went to crisis.  I was in a bad place and the voices were so loud.  I know that part of the reason they did what they did was because of insurance....I still need to bring them my insurance card...but I thought that they were there to help whether you have insurance or not.  I felt like they think I'm lying...why would I lie about this.
