Close Myasthenia Gravis
I experienced arm weakness while in nursing school and decided to get a physical. My PCP did a neurological exam and ruled it out as mild muscle weakness. He then ordered an acetylcholine antibody receptor test, which later came up positive.
Treatments
- Thymectomy Working / Worked
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- I am taking 30mg daily. It used to be 50mg. Im a little worried about getting on Immuran. I wish that these medications didnt have all the side effects.
Close Autism / Autism Spectrum
My son is 6 years old now. He is doing a little more talking but not much. I make him ask for what he wants. He is doing ok. I start making him dress himself. He pee's in the toilet but I haven't gotten him to do #2 yet. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. Thanks!
