I'm a Christian grandma of 1 little angel and mother of 2 wonderful sons. I love to spend time with my family and friends and I'm looking forward to what God has in store for me. I can't believe I have grown so much in the last year. I didn't think I would get to this place of peace but with God's help I'm here. Glad to hear you are doing better. i check out my friends every day or so. Being a Pastor, I stay pretty busy but, I try to check as much as I can. I am going to see a friend of mine who is in prison. He got into Meth and received 12 years. I preached his mom's funeral about 8 months ago. He was a good boy who got into trouble wanting fast cash when he lost his job. His wife attends my church and I have known them since they were dating back in the mid 70's. Close Breakups & Divorce
I'm trying to rebuild my life after 34 years of marriage. It's taken 2 long years but I can finally smile again and laugh.

- I have forgiven my x but he can't forgive himself. Since we are divorced now I have learned to forgive myself so that has helped me even though the marriage is over.
- Love Not Working
- Made him walk all over me. But learning to love myself has been a good thing.

- The Bible and self help books have helped alot

- I don't know what I would do without my family and friends and most of all God. They have all been there for me when I need them.

- They say time heals all wounds but this is a very long hard road to travel but I believe that yes time will help. I know I'm alot better than 6 months ago.
Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI went into clinical depression 2 1/2 years ago. It has been a long hard struggle but I finally think I am overcoming it. I'm almost off of all my meds. and can laugh and smile again. I'm one of the lucky ones.

- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Until I begun to heal and like myself I didn't seem to have any happy thought and I was a very bitter person, but that has changed with God;s help and now when I start to get down I'm able to think positive and it stops me from going deep into depression.
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- I'm down to one at night but wouldn't have made it this far without this
Open Hyperthyroidism
I have had hypert. for 3 years. I have multiple nodels that I have utralsounds on twice a year. I have had 2 biopsy that have come back ok.

- so far 2.5 mg is keeping me level but my dr. wants to kill my thyroid and I say no
Open Alzheimer's Disease
Stage: Early OnsetMy dad was just dignoised with alzheimer's this week. It's hard to believe this is happening.

I was told yesterday that I need to have my thyroid removed, because it is covered with nodules
