so sorry for the long away .. i can no longer have the surgary .. they found out that my clots i have are due to a hypercoagulative disorder.. basicly the chance of the surgary going well is less then 20% and the chance of dieing on the table is over 80% its just too risky

I am frustrated with my attorney, it doesn't seem like they are doing much. But they have a good reputation in the area. I'm still waiting to get an IME. I'm not driving much anymore since I have problems stanidng and walking. I hate it. I hate it all. But you have went through it and have survived so I will survive too. I am sorry you had the hassle of going to trial. I don't look for any miracles but are happy each time there is a small one from workers comp (not the insurance company). I finally got a couple months mileage and got caught up in pay again. Today, I spent it all on bills. Take care.

Close Back Pain
Always had back pain. Now I have severe pain due to a injury on 10/2006 lifting a full size mattress at work. Was in hospital for 3 days. Had microdiskectomy in 02/2007. The surgery helped my leg pain but not my back pain. Have not been to work since the injury. Work comp claim is being disputed and wating to hear from S.S. disiability.

- works great. doc does not like to prescribe. Too addicting. stopped taking 10/18/2007

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI think that I have been depressed for a long time but it is now hitting me really hard. Because I lost my career as a truck driver due to a DUI. Then I got a new job as a salesmen I was there about only 2 weeks and I injured my back on the job. This was in 10/2006 and I have not worked since. I had to sell my house, harley, and my truck. I have no income because work comp claim is beeing desputed, because they think my back problem was not caused from work.Because I have history of back pain.

- stopped taking because I had way too many meds I was taking for pain and I ran out of insurance I could not afford.

Open Prostatitis
I have had a enlarged prostate or Prostatitis for around 10 years now. Can't seem to get rid of the problem completly. I wonder if this is my problem or it is something else. I see a doc about it regulary and still thinks it is Prostatitis
