Last weekend Javon and I attended a CCFA conference and we both spoke on panels about the disease of Crohns, the tx, the journey, the stress, the lessons we have learned, the hope.....we met a few people who are recently diagnosed or really struggling and tried to relay that hope is still abounding through break throughs medically and hope is contained in reaching out to others who are struggling with this illness!

Spiritual strength is our bedrock of hope, and from there we take everything we can to help, nutrition, clinic appointments, medications, breathing, yoga, exercise, laughter, camp Oasis.....every part of it helps.

javon had a volley ball game today. she looks good and healthy.

we went shopping

had milkshake

and now homework.
