  That is amazing that you both quit together and I just wonder if there was any feathers flying at each other for that first week or two lol It is good for all to quit the nasty things. My house smells soooo good now and no smoke in my clothes and I even think my dogs are happy as they use to cough. I had two die of cancer in 2007 and I just wonder if it was caused by second hand smoke. What would your comment be. I just wondered.

  LOL that was funny about the cement block. I didn't realize it was that bad. My husband slept a lot. He was kind of short with me sometimes, but now since Dec. I guess he is over it. Idon't smoke but just was curious on how to handle him lol I guess he still wants one but so far he hasn't but he sleeps alot so I guess if you sleep, you don't want one. Just trying to find out info for him and others. How long did you smoke? He said he may as well quit, everyone else has that he knows. Our friends doesn't smoke and family either so he always had to go outside in the cold or heat or whatever and guess he got tired of it. lol Have a good week!!!

  I noticed that you were telling Sadtime about you quitting smoking. My husband quit after 43 yrs. Now he is gaining weight (lots) as he is contantly eating - they say that one will for awhile. How about you? Did you just lay the cigs down "cold turkey."? Sorry to intrude but was curious. Carol

  Wow!!! This is terrific on the smoke-free. Boy, I remember all the times I 'kicked' the habit and it kicked me right back. It took being told by the doctor that I was pregnant to get me to eventually quick. I could not do harm to another human being. I just thank the good Lord. (((HUGS))) Patricia

  I'm ready for spring too, we have had it in the 30's here and rain almost everyday. My bulbs are coming up in my flower box out front, can't wait to see them when they bloom. Hope you have a good day there. Love, Shell
