  I'm sorry to see that you had a battle with the flu. I know how hard any added health issues can really affect your MS. Is everyone well now?

  good to see you :) hope you both feel much better soon. I Had a back a problem a week ago monday, was in horrible pains until yesterday, now it's intermittent but nothing compared to the last week! I'm leaving this town here on Thursday morning, I should be home by Tuesday

  sorry about the flu and your hubbys infection. as is always the case, you need to handle the homefront first. i hope all is better now and the flu didn`t cause too many problems with your ms. how is your hubby`s infection? of course, the added stress didn`t help either. will keep both you and your hubby in my thoughts and prayers. love ya, dave

  Yes stress can cause major problems with us and the diseases/illness/sicknesses we do have and sometimes we just do not realise how they are making things worse for us.
  And I agree with you that if you know the cause of your problems that is a good part of the battle one and you can look for ways to win the whole war.   Sometime this year, we taxpayers may again receive an Economic Stimulus payment.
  
  This is a very exciting new program. I will explain it using the Q and A format:
  
  Q. What is an Economic Stimulus payment?
  A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers.
  
  Q. Where will the government get this money?
  A. From taxpayers.
  
  Q. So the government is giving me back my own money?
  A. Only a smidgen.
  
  Q. What is the purpose of this payment?
  A. The plan is that you will use the money to purchase a high-definition TV set, thus stimulating the economy.
  
  Q. But isn't that stimulating the economy of China ?
  A. Shut up.
  
  Below is some helpful advice on how to best help the US economy by spending your stimulus check wisely:
  
  * If you spend the stimulus money at Wal-Mart, the money will go to China .
  * If you spend it on gasoline, your money will go to the Arabs.
  * If you purchase a computer, it will go to India .
  * If you purchase fruit and vegetables, it will go to Mexico , Honduras and Guatemala .
  * If you buy a car, it will go to Japan .
  * If you purchase useless stuff, it will go to Taiwan .
  * If you pay your credit cards off, or buy stock, it will go to management bonuses and they will hide it offshore.
  
  Instead, keep the money in America by:
  
  1 spending it at yard sales, or
  2 going to hockey/ball games, or
  3 spending it on prostitutes, or
  4 beer or
  5 tattoos.
  
  (These are the only American businesses still operating in the US ..)
  
  ***
  I'm going to go to a ball game with a tattooed prostitute that I met at a yard sale, and drink beer! Just call me a patriot.

  I like cowboy stories
  
  
  A young cowboy walks into the town cafe. He sits at the counter and notices an old cowboy with his arms folded, staring blankly at a full bowl of chili.
  
  After fifteen minutes of just sitting there staring at it, the young cowboy bravely asked the old cowpoke, "If you ain't gonna eat that, mind if I do?" The older cowboy slowly turns his head toward the young wrangler and in his best cowboy manner says, "Nah, go ahead."
  
  Eagerly, the young cowboy reaches over and slides the bowl over to his place and starts spooning in it with delight. He gets nearly down to the bottom and notices a dead mouse in the chili. The sight was shocking and he immediately barfs up the chili into the bowl.
  
  The old cowboy quietly says, "Yep, that's as far as I got, too."
