  How are you today? It is a tad cooler here. I turned the heat on for the first time this year just to nip the cool air out. It is a lovely day. I am going to try to divide the day into painting and knitting. I have a new helper coming today. Take care. smiles and hugs

  Thank you so much for thinking of me! It went very well. I had a moderate case of endo. They scraped and burned it off. It was quite sore the first week, but now that I'm about 12 days out, I'm feeling much better. Hope you are too.

  Hugs and hugs for coping with endo. It is most frustrating that their is not a better medical solution for endo. I tried several alternatives .. just did not work. So I had the hyste. and i am recovering well from it. The hyste. is not the worst thing that can happen and it can make a better quality of life. I wished there was a better way but it seems not thus far.. hopefully in the near future for others there will be. Best wishes. I wish i had understood more about endo and that there is not cure and the longer put off the surgery the longer it had to make me sick... i was futunate that it had not envaded other organs but it was reaching out and starting to try to move ... I am so sorry you have endo. You have to decide what is right for you but i will give my two cents worth... have the total hyste. Endo will not go away and a partial hysto will not stop it either. That was devistaing news to me... but my dr. explained that if i keep my ovaries that the endo will come back. I knew two days after my surgery i had made the right chose; "that " pain was gone. okay well this is a big long caring hug. best wishes.

  Thank you so much for your advise. Luckily, I had the colonoscopy last April. My surgery next week is a laporoskipi (sp?) to scrape the endo away.
