Hele came over today. We went to the Animal Shelter bec. she wanted to see the kittens. Its a puppy prison. I can't stand going there.Its so depressing. I won't go on about it. We also went out to eat at a local restaurant and then we went to see the movie "My Sister's Keeper" which was kinda sad. Men and women were crying and sniffling in the theater. The theme of the movie I have pretty much dealt with so it wasn't too much of a tear jerker for me. The Osteoarthritis in my knee was horrendous today. I was in so much pain. My weight does NOT make it easier. I am really concerned about myself. Hopefully I can get up early tomorrow morning and go swimming. Its the 4th of July, Independence day. I don't know if I will go see the fireworks or not. Hele has gone down to the Navy Yard to watch washington,dc's baseball team, the Nationals aka the Nats play but she said she might be back tomorrow to hang out. And then this girl I know is suppose to come over at 2:00pm tomorrow and hang out. She is the one that knows those guys from prison.And she also is really spacey too!But, she managed to get work through a temp agency so I had to give her some credit. I want us to make pancakes or waffles tomorrow since I have all the ingredients to make them. I am so tired. Only five hours sleep last night! I probably am done writing for tonight!

sorry you are in so much pain jewel,i wish i could do something to help you,this will make you laugh ,the foster ferret escaped this morning while i was cleaning the court out,well did i panick or what ,me my husband and our son went all over our estate looking for her,i was just on the point of tears,when our son came back with her ,she was under a bush in a garden yards from our house,how lucky was that ,her two babies went berserk when she returned to them,we only have them a few more days,then they go back to the rescue centre to be rehomed,love and hugs,helen.
