Exhausted today!  Been trying to get a Dr.'s appt. all week and cannot get in.  Finally, tried to go to HMO urgent care, but they were all booked to, so I went begrudgingly to ER.  I got there yesterday at 3:30pm and did not get home this morning until 3:30am, YES A.M.!!!

The good news is the terrible abdominal pain I've had for the past week is not a hernia or appendicitis, but the bad news is there is a small tear in the muscle below my left ribs,   I have to wear a neoprine band around my stomach & take a lot of motrin but it's way, way better than the alternative. 

I got up at 6am with the baby & then prepared lessons for next weeks classes.  Dance camp theme next week is "Jungle" so by the end of the week, I will be sick to death of hearing Lion King and Jungle Book songs.  I guess that, with my motrin and my wrap, I'll be doing a lot of talking and very little dancing :(
