  Thanks Deb, that is a good idea. I told her what happened and she was not upset with Ruby because she loves animals so much. She said come on Mom we can make something that ugly again. The angel on my tree has brilliant red hair. I tried to find one with red hair and couldn't so I bought a blonde and cut some of my daughters long, thick, wavy beautiful hair off and made my angel a redhead and it looks beautiful. Should take a pic of her. By the way I did not lose any weight on that candy are you sure you didn't keep the good stuff for yourself. LOL Naomi xo

  Pineapple Dressing
  1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 4 eggs, 1 can 1# 12 oz pineapple, 10 slices bread cubed. Cream butter & sugar, beat in one egg at a time, stir in pineapple, fold in bread, if it is to wet add a little more bread. Bake uncovered in a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish, 6x10ish. 350 one hour or until very slightly tan. Doubles take longer to bake. I usually make a 9x13, that is double. You will love it. Naomi x

  Had to work today all day, but it rained a lot here so it wasn't so bad. Driving home was kid of nasty but okay. Rain is better than snow anyday! Smiles... glad you are taking it easier, you need to rest up you have a holiday trip soon. Lucky girl! I am so envious! But very happy for you!

  Sounds like a great night, relaxing near the fire with the dogs and hubby. Sometimes the quiet nights are the best of the best! I am glad you are taking things easier. Makes more sense and it sounds like you are re-charging! so it is working! I am at work right now, but day here is winding to a close. A little hectic at times but not too bad.

  Pineapple Dressing
  
  ½ cup of oleo
  1 cup sugar
  4 eggs
  1 can 1# 4 oz crushed pineapple
  8-10 slices of bread (any) cubed
  
  Cream oleo & sugar,
  Beat in one egg at a time,
  Stir in pineapple,
  Fold on bread
  Bake uncovered in
  greased flat 1 ½ qt
  casserole at 350 for
  one hour. Doubles may
  take longer.

  Oh yah thanks for the chocolate, no wonder I got so much done. I hope it was weight watchers. Dang Hubby was eating my w.w. candy and I ripped his head off and told him to go eat something fattening. That looks like w.w. to me!! LOL Naomi xo
