Well it took almost 9 months

My baby's 8.5 months but I lost all the pregnancy weight

I didn't crash diet

I just ate what I normally ate but in smaller portions

I'm finally the same weight I was before I got pregnant

I didn't have alot to lose

I gained 27 pounds and when the baby came out I instantly lost 12 pounds so I only had 15 pounds to lose

Life is so perfect right now

I have a wonderful husband, a strong marriage, a beautiful baby girl (who's 8 months old), and my new physical therapist has dealt with stroke patients for over 20 years

For everyone looking for a physiotherapist there are 2 types.  1 is an ortho and 2 is neuro.  All stroke patients should have a neuro

My baby is 4 months old and she's starting to crawl

If you put her on her back she'll flip over to her stomach then inch along the floor so she kind of looks like an inchworm

And if you hold her under her arms so she's standing and keep holding her she'll take a step with one foot and follow through with the other foot

She's very advanced!
