I went for a hearing on my case with thehead injury. I won of course. It was all over stupid stuff. Reimbursements for meds and travel expenses. The judge said it was idiotic to be wasting everyones time over these kinds of things. She said what ever the total would, she will tack on a late fee payable to me. The late fee would be equal to the total of what was due me. If it was $500, the whole check would be $1,000. It isn't a big win, but it is all mine.
Then I went for a counseling session. So far things are going well. I do like the pain center I go to. Makes me feel like a person and not just a patient.
