About Me
I'm retired from the Army National Guard and recently went back to work full-time after spending 5 amazing months at home with my kids. I loved being a SAHM, but money is tight so I had to go back to work. I work as an admin. assistant for 6 attorneys in the health department. I love the work, but hate the commute... and finding free parking near the building hardly ever happens. I have 3 boys... Jake 15, Nick 13 and Bryce born 4/3/07. I have had severe behavior problems with my 2 older boys... which has led me to this site. Bryce has had a calming affect on the older boys and things have been great lately.

Close Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)
I have 2 boys ages 12 & 14 who have always been very defiant with me. Their dad (my ex) has never had the issues I have and doesn't understand my frustrations. He says I'm the one with issues. The boys are always in trouble in school because they don't think the rules apply to them. When they were younger, they were always kicked out of daycare and before/after school programs.
Close Parenting Newborns & Infants (0-1)

Abnormal pap smears in '89. Had cryosurgery and that seemed to take care of the abnormal cells. Have had normal pap smears until last month.
Treatments
- Liquid Nitrogen Working / Worked
- This procedure was very uncomfortable, but it worked. Within months my pap smears were back to normal.
Open Parenting Teenagers (12-18)
I have 2 boys in this age group. I have a lot of behavioral issues with them... I'm not sure if it's normal teen stuff or ODD.

- Education (School) Not Working
- I have tried counseling, reading books, etc.. I seem to be banging my head against a wall.

My son is 2 months old and I had a rough start with breastfeeding him. I only lasted a month. At first I pumped and bottle fed him since I couldn't get him to latch on, but after 3+ weeks I was successful, but my nipples became very sore so I gave up. I regret giving up.
