Close Fibromyalgia
Have had fibromyalgia since I was a child but it has gotten worse in the past two years.
Treatments
- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- I swim a couple of times a week and get in the hot tub whenever I can. It is very helpful and the only kind of exercise I can do.
- Heat Working / Worked
- Really helps my back.
- Massage Working / Worked
- My husband massaged my back arms and legs every night which helps a great deal. It is funny cause I am a massage therapist and rarely massage him.
Close Pet Bereavement
I am a severe animal lover and have lost several furry babies. Most recently a little baby cat with FIV.
Open Diets & Weight Maintenance
I have been over weight all of my adult life but have gained 100lbs in the past 6 six and really need to take control of my life again
