About Me
I am 30 years old and I was married to Tim on April 26, 2003. I breed Labrador Retrievers and am an Animal Health Technologist(vet assistant) I had my daughter Janaya on May 30, 2005 and what a joy and blessing to our lives she has been. We had a beautiful son Owen Andrew James on March 6th /07 and he was taken from us from SIDS on May 28th/07. It has changed our lives completley. We had another son on June 9/08 named Justin Timothy, he is our special gift from God to help heal our hearts.

Hi Jolene,
Greetings from Shanghai!! I have not been on here for a long time but have decided that it is very helpful for me to chat with other parents who are going through the same thing. I read your page today and it has filled me with hope knowing that you went on to have another little baby after losing Owen. We are trying to have another little one and can only hope that we will be as blessed as you were.

awww, Austin loved his seahorse. It was always in his crib with him, up in the right hand corner. Austin would wake up in the morning and I could hear him over his monitor just cooing and talking... I think he was talking to his seahorse. The seahorse is still there, in his crib. I love the picture of him where he looks like he is talking to his seahorse.

Close Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)

Type: Loss of a ChildI lost my beautiful son Owen to SIDS on May 28, 2007, he was just turning 12 weeks old. My life has been shattered. Luckily I have my 2 year old daughter to keep me busy.

Open Infertility
I guess I am not really infertile yet, I just lost my son of 12 weeks on May 28th and wanting to get pregnant again.
Open Parenting Toddlers (1-3)
I have an awesome daughter named Janaya that was born May 30,05 and a beautiful son Owen that was born Mar 6/07 and went to heaven on May 28/07 from SIDS. I am really heart broken, but focus all of my energy on my daughter, I don't know what I would do without her.
Open Pregnancy
I am pregnant with my 3rd baby due June 10th. I lost my son to SIDS on May 28/07.
