All is good in kitty land! My cats can no longer scratch the furniture. Notone single scratch to a human!!! Yeah!!!
My new family will arrive November 6th. I have been talking to them on the phone and think this will work out fine.
I am so sick of doctors and sooo sick of them trying to tell me that I have diseases that I do not have. This is just like when you take a car to a shady garage. Are they all like this? I have had so many kidney stones that the scar tissue is really bad. That's all it is, scar tissue. So it showed up on the CTand there was blood in my urine so now I'm off to have a probe somewhere where only aliens should be probing. Won't that cause scar tissue and blood in my urine? Hmmm.
Jeffy, I'm in a place right now that just makes you seem like you were never really real. Please give me a sign.

I am so glad that you believe the new arrangement with family will work! That brings me some peace....and i am sooo happy for you and the kitties. Let us know about the results of the probe...it is probably a precaution. Love and hugs...and come on Jeff, momma needs a sign! Love and hugs...Karen

For some reason, I thought your new family was already there with you. Glad you feel it will work out good ! Hope everything turns out good with the probing. I guess it's better to check it out. Hang in there......I'm sure you will feel something soon from Jeff. Love, Kim

How long do the cat nails stay in place? Can they chew them off? I'm really interested in getting them for one of my cats. He has a habit of reaching out to touch my face in the middle of the night with his claws!
Hope all goes well with the new family and the test. I know what you mean about some doctors.
I thought I was the only one who at times felt like Jerry was all a dream. Makes me feel guilty thinking that way. But, so many memories are fading it's scary. *Hug* Adrianne

I am glad you got the soft paws on! In answer to someone's question, they generally last approximately 4-6 weeks and will fall off with the natural growth of the nails. This is why you need to clip the nails first. It is not uncommon for one to fall off earlier though and may need to be replaced. The material that the soft paws are made of, as well as the glue supplied, is non-toxic to the cat if he/she swallows them. I hope all works out well with your "new family". It is not easy to live with others, for sure. Sorry about that horrible probe, but better safe than sorry, I guess. I hope it goes smoothly. Hugs, Belinda
