Just beginning to get in touch with my life long anxiety. My mom has always had severe anxiety and I've been feeling a lot more pressure lately in doing some caregiving for her.
I am a part time caregiver to my 80 year old mom and aunt. I have lots of other issues with my mom's family that goes back generations, really.
I help out my mom and her twin sister (80). I have times of panicking about it and times of taking it one day at a time.
I had a complete hyster a year ago. I'm sick of the hot flashes.
