      good 4 u!! i think being as physically healthy as possible will help miles with lupus. ideally i would like to change it all including everything i put in my mouth but i know that would be more difficult for me than exercising so i'll focus on the exercising part first!! for sure we can help support eachother!

      thanks for the support! i sure can use it as i'm already having playbck memories of my ex...man, what a weakling!! why am i so weak, like my mom says, what is this hold he has over me??? it'd be ok if the feelings were reciprocated but i guess i wouldn't be in this situation if they were, lol! anyways, have a good rest of the holiday!
