It sucks to be down and out but I'm sure you hate feeling that way and don't want to feel that way anymore. Don't be afraid of contacting a therapist, you'd be surprised by how much we hold onto and how many broken memories we hide in our souls. If you feel like it will help you, go for it. Feel better =)
yes you should... getting a therapist will be really helpful...its lets me get all the things out i never tell anyone...and it feels great to have someone give there feed back on things...im sure a therapist will help you plenty so go girl =)
