i am doing my best to keep this goal up......at least i can say I like exercising ...kills some stress....i think i gained 4 pounds.....that seemed really fast.....i weighed myself on both of my scale.....i going to see where i am at...going to weight my self at the scale at work..i kinda trust it more...so we see so hopefully its better......i feel like in a goal setting mood. lol
