I wanna eat and eat and eat........i don't feel like exercise that is twice in a role now...though i am keeping up with exercising 5x a week......but that would mean for sure i gotta work out friday and sat......I am just fucking frustrated.......i wanna shove food and more food down.......I don't know what brought this feeling on ...everything is ok.......it might be the stress or scary thought of actually accomplish my goals and being at my goal weight the health way......anyway i hope this passes soon.........
