  Heya rosie I'm doing alrigt just in an ugh.. mood today...I read that you lost 3 pounds girl thats good... YAY you =)....I think imma start wearing shorts more and close to motivate myself to lose weight and keep my apperance up.....like i need to stay on a routine with my acne and my weight...and overal health...so I think imma start that today... YAY i wanna look good for my birthday... my hair is short so im in the process of growing it... just alot i have to do in order to look the way i want to... i need to lose 30 pounds to but no progres...=(... well anyway whats up with you? =)

  Hey no problem... Wow TX i bet its hot as hell down there right about now... Well I know what you going through as far as over eating... my weight has reached its highest im now like 160+ even though I don't look it I night eat alot all I think about is food seriously... I hae nothing else to do so thats all I think about I'm afraid Im going to get bigger... being over weight runs in my family my dad side...I'm just scared one day I will be like that... so I have to stop ober eating and excersice.... all my weight goes to my stomach which now looks like I'm pregnant.. im not joking or just saying this it really does look like I'm preganat... as far as the nightmares go...yeah its a result of your meds... and maybe your change of eating is result of the meds when I was on seroquel I gained alot of weight... and now on paxil... but I don't know why I want to eat all the time even when I'm not hungry all I think about is food.. at night I look at menus for denny's and ihop seriously.. I need to change my mind frame or something... right now I just ate and im thinking about getting something esle... my weight is just elevating..im scared i WILL BE LIKE MY DADS SIDE EVEN though my moms side is skinny... i take after him with so much.. ie..depression and etc...but anyway sorry for the long message im here if you need to chat.. okie =)

  they're ok. i'm trying to make things right with this one person and its not going very well :( anyhow, my diets ok, like im exercising so much but i dont seem to be losing weight...oh well....im just going to start eating healthier because that probably would work
