How's it going? You sticking to the diet? I'm going a few calories over the past few days, but not to many, so I haven't gained. If I can do it, you can do it! Keep me posted. just message me if you feel like eating when you don't need to! Vent out anything, feelings, emotions, exctra that you need to!

Hope you are doing good! remember you do not need food to feel better - or beat boredom. You can do it, just write in your journal if you feel hungry. Ask yourself if you are really hungry, or if you feel somthing else. You will lose weight this week!
