Ive had the worst night tonight :( i just had one of my dizzy spells, and it was the worst one ive ever had in my life. I was extremely close to calling an ambulance coz i was so terrified, but ive calmed myself down and im hoping it will get better soon. I still feel dizzy and really sick but at least i can sit up now :)
