Ok, so this is my first journal entry Well, i've had a shitty day today (as always) but its been particularly bad since about 4 this …
hi! I am dizzy 24 hrs everyday. I became this way after I had a stroke Oct 10, 2006. I have read and read alot about vertigo, etc. First of all thank you for being there. I am very sorry that so many of us suffer for many different reasons. I will continue with my research and would be glad to share what I learn. My question is then, would you care to stay in touch and maybe help sove our problem. There is alot to learn and it would be great to discuss vertigo and dizzyness with someone who understands this problem. Best to you and I hope that this email is both inspirational and also finds you happier I hope.
I've had bilateral vestibulopathy for 30 years now. Siezures strated when I hit puberty and each one damaged the nerves a bit more. In my early 30's my metabolism changed again and the siezures nearly wernt away but they left my vestibular functions basically dead. You can knock me over with a feather but I mustr say that having no vestibular functions is much better than having malfunctioning ones. I've heard of ppl with meniers disease having the nerves cut to relieve the dizziness. You could also look into vestibular rehabilitation. I can't because my nerves are dead but it might help you. Best of luck. Hope you feel better soon
Thinking of you. I understand what you're going through. Hope you feel better soon xx
I know how you feel. This is my third episode in 5 months and nothing seems to work. I wake up dizzy, during the day Im dizzy and I go to bed dizzy. I had an MRI when I had a really bad episode while traveling to Atlanta on business. Being out of town traveling and gettig sick is realy bad. I have no idea what is provoking these attacks
I KNOW THE FEELING, YOU'RE IN MY PRAYERS
I have suffered with dizziness for about 7 years now but in the last year it has been absoloutley unbearable.
